In a competitive housing market, we would not have found our dream home without the diligence and hard work that Charles put in. He carefully listened to what we wanted in a home, patiently took us on 20+ tours, and stayed positive as a few offering processes didn’t go our way. Paul has been helpful from many different aspects of the home buying process. He was able to find an excellent realtor in California to help me sell my condo there. He is knowledgeable about Dallas’ neighborhoods as they are rapidly changing. He is resourceful in finding all I need to know about my Irving property. My schedule is so jam-packed but he is able to accommodate my picky time frames to look for a new Dallas house. He is so solid that I have already recommended him to a co-worker.
