Hedwig Village

Hedwig Village is a very prestigious city within the “Villages” of Southwest Houston. As of 2014 it is not considered to be within Houston proper, and the city operates its own police force. The city is zoned to the Spring Branch Independent School District. Hedwig Village has a quiet country feel to it, while still being close enough to the freeway for easy commuting. Home prices range anywhere from $500,000 on up. Towering pines, parks, spacious lot sizes, and local amenities are a few of the features that truly make this city feel like a real “Village.”
